The 2025 U.S. Open at Oakmont Country Club is finally underway. But what channel is the U.S. Open on? Here’s everything you need to know to watch the 2025 U.S. Open action on TV.

What TV channel is U.S. Open on?

As has been the case for several years, NBC and USA will be the primary TV channels airing this week’s U.S. Open.

USA will begin the coverage on TV with a lengthy 11-hour telecast of Thursday’s opening round starting at 6:30 a.m. ET and ending at 5 p.m. ET. USA will also provide early TV coverage for the Saturday’s third and Sunday’s final rounds.

NBC takes over the TV coverage on Friday, kicking off their coverage at 1 p.m. ET. NBC will also provide the primary TV broadcasts for the third and final rounds on the weekend.

It’s important to note that some coverage of the 2025 U.S. Open will be available exclusively online via Peacock, including late coverage of the first round and more than seven hours of exclusive coverage of Friday’s second round.

Additionally, Peacock, USOpen.com and the USGA app will offer featured group streaming coverage throughout the tournament. You can check out the full 2025 U.S. Open streaming schedule here.
